This punch was actually inspired by a common chronic pain that we all experience to some degree, and for me, it is a constant struggle to regulate the inflammation in my joints. I was tired of taking over the counter medicine that hardly seemed to work, and I couldn't seem to find any relief. No amount of chiropractor visits, massage appointments, or myofascial release (foam rolling) would do the trick. I was looking for something to heal from within, and over time I came up with this incredible herbal punch that seriously packs a flavor punch and helps my inflammation in a more long term way (it's effects both immediate and long term preventative). I couldn't keep this one a secret! Here's the recipe and instructions. I hope this helps!
Happy healing!
Ingredients:
1 Sliced Orange
1 Sliced Lemon
1 Sliced Lime
1/2 Fresh cut Pineapple
1 Cup cut strawberries
1 Container of sliced raspberries
1 Container Orange Berries
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Calendula
1 Tbsp Chamomile
1 Tbsp Dandelion Leaf
1 Tbsp Nettle Root
1 Tbsp Ginger root
1 Tbsp Catnip
1 Tbsp Rosemary
2 Tbsp Green Sencha Tea (for caffeine free, leave this one out)
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garlic Granules
-Start by layering a 1 Gallon Pitcher or Mason Jar with 1 half each portion of fruit
-Add all of the herbs
-Layer with the second half of all your fruit
-Add your Apple Cider Vinegar
-Fill the rest of your jar with water
-Let steep as a cold infusion in your refrigerator for 6-12 hrs ( I actually let this one sit a lot longer, closer to 20hrs)
-Enjoy within 48-72hrs
If you decide to make this as a sun tea you will want this to steep in the sun for 4-6hrs and enjoy within 24hrs

Aja, this one looks so interesting! How often do you drink in order to reap the benefits with pain relief? And how much? .
